It's an old wooden box.
It seems to have been called a "mochi-bako" (rice cake box) or "morobuta" in the past.
There is ink writing on both sides.
Size (measured by an amateur):
Approximately 63.5cm x 30.3cm x 6.5cm
The small items used in the photos are not included.
I will remove dust and dirt, but there may be some remaining stains. I will hand it over in its current condition.
There is a crack and gap in the middle of the bottom (photo 4).
I hope that those who understand antiques and vintage items and can appreciate some scratches and dirt as part of the charm will consider purchasing this item.
It will be simply wrapped with bubble wrap and kraft paper.
