Rare Paulette Monahan signed, lithograph and matte professionally framed gem!

I have searched and searched and have only found two paintings still available to buy right now and they are smaller and unframed. Even Google lens couldn't find another one of these anywhere for sale: This is a very rare painting and the like new condition makes it an art collector's gem. It's professionally framed, matted, comes with an alternate hanging method but the one pictured makes it come ready to hang, comes with alternate hanging method in baggy on back (doesn't interfere with wall). Also has rubber stoppers to prevent wall damage ;) It is a large picture and fairly heavy and will make a great addition to any big space walls.
